No. I made an intentional choice to not take insurance because insurance companies place limits on therapy duration, frequency, and treatment requirements. Insurance also requires that you have a diagnosis on file and that your records be released to them for the payment of services. Not taking insurance allows us more flexibility in the therapy process and enables your treatment to remain confidential.

Private pay therapy means that I will collect the full payment for the service you receive the same day as our session. If you would like to pursue insurance reimbursement, you can inquire about and apply for out of network coverage directly with your insurance company. I will provide you with a monthly superbill with the necessary information for insurance to process your request. There is no guarantee that insurance will provide any out of network coverage. Session fees are accepted via cash, HSA/FSA, and credit card.

The cancellation policy is that sessions need to be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice. Sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur the cancellation fee, which is $135. If we can reschedule within the same calendar week then the cancellation fee is waived.
